You are my teacher. You teach me in the simplest form and in a
very indirect way. We meet each other almost every day, but we never talk. Of
all the things you have been to me, here are some. You taught me not to be odd.
You taught me patience. You taught me inseparability. Whenever I used you as a
weapon to irritate others, you taught me about people. From you, I understood
the way of life. You made me realize how possessive I have been/am. You made me get addicted
to you. You caused pain in eyes and warmth in heart. You made me know my level
of concentration at any given time. You gave me sleepless nights and at times
irritated me with your entropy. I understood that the time we have is confined
and the moves we ought to make are to be made with utmost care. I understood
that, in this process people will come and contribute their moves, making the
game tougher and rarely easier. I understood that it is not important to gain but the way you
gain, the time at which you gain and the relevance of your profit at that particular
time is what is going to count. I understood the power of experience and
learning. I understood that one need not be at the center to attract and a lot
can be achieved by staying silently at a corner. I understood that in life
opportunities may present themselves twice, but it is better to do the best in
the beginning. I understood the way carelessness led to blunders. I understood
the saying “Work while you work. Play while you play” better. You taught me
so many things that I find it embarrassing to type all of them down. So I end it here.
Thank you 2048!
